Our policy for corporate, contractor and insurance funded bookings

This policy applies to all corporate, contractor and insurance funded bookings. By placing a reservation with us, the booking party accepts these terms in full.
All corporate and insurance bookings are accepted strictly under Norton Court Farm terms.
We do not accept or recognise any external terms, policies or frameworks from insurers, agents, housing companies, serviced accommodation providers or lead generation firms.
All attempts to impose external terms will be declined.
Payment must be made in full before check in.
Invoices must be settled on time.
We may request a damage deposit depending on the nature of the booking.
The booking party is fully responsible for all damages, breakages, missing items, additional cleaning or any costs arising during the stay.
We invoice directly and expect full payment without delay.
Norton Court Farm communicates directly with the guest for all operational matters.
This includes check in, check out, rules, issues, maintenance, behaviour and extensions.
No third party may restrict or redirect communication.
We retain the right to communicate with guests after their stay.
We do not agree to non solicitation or non circumvention terms.
Guests are free to book with us again at any time.
All standards are set by Norton Court Farm.
This includes cleaning, maintenance, inspections, supplies, manuals and safety.
We do not work under external operational requirements.
Our CCTV and security systems operate under UK law and our privacy policy.
We do not deactivate or alter our systems at the request of any third party.
We do not pay relocation costs, hotel costs or guest compensation requested by third parties.
Any issues are handled under our internal procedures only.
Our cancellation policy applies in every case.
External cancellation policies are not accepted.
Extensions must be requested directly through Norton Court Farm.
Approval is not guaranteed and is based on availability and suitability.
We reserve the right to remove any guest who breaches our rules, causes disturbance or damages property.
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
All corporate and insurance bookings are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
Norton Court Farm welcomes corporate, contractor and insurance funded bookings.
All bookings must follow our terms.
We do not operate under any external terms or third party frameworks.
If a company is unable to book on this basis, we cannot accept the reservation.
